Our return policy is crafted to the customer’s needs! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Returned items must be in New and Unused condition with all the paper work included. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.
If you have received a damaged item, please give our Customer Service a call as soon as you find out. Do not accept packages that show extensive damage. If the item(s) were damaged during shipping, all insurance claims will be done through the carrier.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from us before returning or exchanging the merchandise. No returns will be accepted or processed without a RMA number. Please contact our Customer Support Representative to obtain a RMA number.
Shipping charges and all the other fees associated with the order are not refundable unless the item was damaged, or a wrong item was received. Special orders are not refundable.
All item specifications including weight and size are approximate. We try our best to provide you with the best possible pictures of our jewelry, but there may be size or color difference because of different monitors and computers.
Instructions for returns:
• Meet all the requirements for the return.
• Call our Customer Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
• Pack the item you are trying to return the same way it was packaged when you received it.
• For the shipping label, use our address on the invoice, or call our Customer Support. Please address it to the “Returns Department” and include the RMA number on the shipping label.
• Items can be shipped by any carrier, but a tracking number and signature on delivery is required.
• Insure the package that you’re returning. We are not responsible for shipping damage.
Return Process:
Once we receive the returned item(s) and accept them according to the RMA number, the items will be forwarded to inspection where the items will be checked for scratches, marks, and paperwork. If everything is in order, the return payment or exchange will be processed in the next few days. We will not accept items that are uninsured, require no signature or are packaged improperly.
We are not responsible for the merchandise that is not received by us or doesn’t meet the return requirements.
Order Processing:
We strive to provide you with prompt, courteous service. Most items are sent out in 1-2 business days from order date, unless the product is a special order. If the items are ordered on the weekend, the package will be mailed out on Monday or Tuesday. Same day shipping is available on all in-stock items ordered before 3pm CST (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow 3-5 business days for USPS Priority Mail shipping.
Out of Stock Items:
If you place an order for an item that is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options. Our goal is to provide with the best quality of service, but there may be rare times when there is a slight wait on a particular product.
U.S. Shipping charges are non-refundable. US shipping is free and will be applied to all orders shipped within the U.S.
International Shipping charges are non-refundable. A $30.00 International shipping fee will be applied to all orders shipping to most international countries. Please advise if you require International shipping before placing your order.
